L'Hôpital's Rule

If $\underset{x\to a}{lim}\frac{f(x)}{g(x)}=\frac{\mathrm{\infty }}{\mathrm{\infty }}$ or $\underset{x\to a}{lim}\frac{f(x)}{g(x)}=\frac{0}{0}$, then $\underset{x\to a}{lim}\frac{f(x)}{g(x)}=\underset{x\to a}{lim}\frac{f^{\prime }(x)}{g^{\prime }(x)}$

• You can apply this multiple times
• You can turn Limits that are not of this form into limits of this form algebraically
  • combine into one fraction
  • do $e^{\ln x}$
  • Turn a product into a quotient of a reciprocal ($xy⟹\frac{y}{\frac{1}{x}}$)
