Maximum Power Transfer

If you have a Thévenin equivalent circuit, with a load resistor $R_{L}$ , the value of $R_{L}$ that transfers the most power to it is when $R_{L} = R_{T H}$
If it's too little, it doesn't absorb much power, if it's too much, no current passes through
